No refunds may be given by C4 at any time. If you are concerned about the possibility of not being able to ride, please note we offer a defer only policy.
Deferrals may be approved for injuries, pregnancy, illness, etc. Deferrals will be taken on a case by case basis. Absolutely no deferrals will be permitted after August 1st.
Deferral requests after July 15, 2026 will come with a $20 deferral fee. Absolutely no deferrals will be permitted after August 1st.
Registrations are transferrable up until August 1, 2026 at no cost to you. After August 1st, there will be a $10 administration fee. E-mail us at contact@bikec4.com.
Deferrals from 2026 must be used for the 2027 event.
A change of distance request will be completed at no charge to you up until July 15th, 2026. After this date, there will be a $10 administrative fee.
If you wish to change to a longer distance, you will be asked to pay the difference you would have paid at the date of registration, but we can definitely accommodate.
No refunds will be given when switching to a shorter distance.
