The C4 Gran Fondo in Cardston, Alberta offer some of the best riding in southern Alberta—wide, smooth shoulders, minimal traffic, and sweeping views of Waterton and Chief Mountain. It’s the perfect blend of open roads, stunning scenery, great company, and an atmosphere that makes every kilometre unforgettable.
Presented by the Cardston Community Cycling Club (C4), 100% of proceeds from this event go towards building our local bike park. This event is manned solely by volunteers, including our race directors.
The C4 Gran Fondo is part of the Recumbent GranFondo WorldCup Series. This means that we allow recumbent cyclists to enjoy the rides with us, and they can earn points towards the Recumbent Granfondo WorldCup series. If you register in the 'Recumbent' category, you will automatically be registered in the World Cup Event.

Whether you're a weekend warrior, a hardcore roadie, a triathlete gearing up for race season, or someone who just wants to soak in the scenery, these routes deliver. With four distances to choose from and full support throughout, riders of every ability
— e-bikes, footbikes, recumbent bikes are welcome —
can pedal at their own pace and enjoy the ride.

Not only are they a GOLD sponsor, they provide all 300 participants with a FREE TREAT.
Not only that, they donate over $1000 in meals to feed all 35 of our volunteers!
